In this document, "bajii live", "platform", "service" or "site" refers to the online gaming and betting service operated at https://bajii-live.cam. "Member" or "user" refers to any person who has registered or intends to register with bajii live.

"Account" refers to each member's individual login-protected profile through which deposits, withdrawals and gameplay are managed. "Balance" refers to the total amount of money held in a member's account, comprising both bonus funds and real money.

These terms and conditions are drawn up for users in Bangladesh and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. bajii live provides services only to individuals who are of legal age.

2.1 Age Requirement

To use bajii live services, a member must be at least 21 years of age. Providing the correct date of birth at the time of registration is mandatory. bajii live may at any time request the necessary documents for age verification. If anyone under 21 opens an account, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account

Each individual may open only one account with bajii live. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, at the same address, or from the same device is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be suspended or cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be completely accurate and truthful. If false or misleading information is provided, bajii live reserves the right to close the account and cancel any bonuses or winnings.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure secure transactions, bajii live may ask members to submit identity documents (National ID card or passport) and proof of address. Withdrawal facilities may be limited until KYC verification is complete.

3.1 Login Security

The member is fully responsible for keeping their username and password secure. A password should never be shared with anyone else. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, contact the bajii live support team immediately.

3.2 Account Inactivity

If there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. To reactivate an inactive account, you will need to contact the support team.

3.3 Service Access

bajii live is accessible via both a mobile app (Android APK and iOS) and a web browser. To maintain uninterrupted service availability, the platform may occasionally be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, and this will not be considered a breach of terms.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on bajii live: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks).

4.2 Limits

The minimum deposit is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Source of Funds

The member confirms that the funds they are using come entirely from a legitimate source. If there is suspicion of a fraudulent transaction or fraud, bajii live reserves the right to hold the transaction and request the necessary documentation.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The account must be verified before a withdrawal can be made, and the wagering requirements of any active bonus must be met. Withdrawals are generally made through the same payment method used for the deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The bajii live welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. For the bonus to become withdrawable, a total of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Other Offers

The promotional offers from bajii live are as follows:

• bajii live Weekly Deposit Gift: 30% bonus on a minimum deposit of ৳300, up to ৳5,000; wagering 15 times.
• bajii live Friday Special: 50% bonus on one deposit every Friday, up to ৳8,000; wagering 18 times.
• Cricket Festival Bonus: 40% bonus for cricket betting, up to ৳6,000; wagering 12 times.
• Birthday Special Reward: Up to ৳1,500 reward in your birthday month; wagering 10 times.
• Refer a Friend Bonus: Up to ৳2,000 bonus for bringing in a new member; wagering 8 times.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

A bonus must be used within a set period, otherwise it will be cancelled. Funds cannot be withdrawn from the bonus balance until the specified wagering requirements are met. bajii live reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

On bajii live, the outcome of every game is independent and determined by a technically regulated Random Number Generator (RNG). Results that have been announced may be declared void due to any software error or technical issue.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
• Playing from another member's account
• Intentionally exploiting any error or vulnerability in a game
• Using fraudulent payment information

6.3 Bet Cancellation

If an event is cancelled or suspended, the associated bet will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. For specific cricket matches, the dedicated rules of the bajii live cricket betting section will apply.

6.4 VIP Program

The bajii live VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum and 1.2% at Diamond. Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses. Example: a Gold tier member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

bajii live believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a financial tool. In line with our Responsible Gaming Policy, members can set their own deposit limits, betting limits and use the self-exclusion feature on their account.

If a member feels their gaming habits are getting out of control, they can contact the support team directly to request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. This request will be processed within 24 hours.

If there is suspicion that someone under the age of 21 is participating in gaming, bajii live reserves the right to suspend that account immediately.

Members' personal information is never sold to third parties. However, necessary information may be shared with relevant parties for identity verification or to meet legal obligations.

9.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request the closure of their account at any time. If there is any eligible balance before the account is closed, the member may withdraw it, though only real money not subject to wagering requirements will apply.

9.2 Closure by bajii live

bajii live reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Providing a false identity or concealing age
• Operating multiple accounts
• Using bots or automation software

If an account is cancelled for legitimate reasons, any valid balance will be returned, but bonuses or winnings derived from them may be forfeited.

10.1 Right to Make Changes

bajii live reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after a change is made will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
